ASSADEV International is an NGO under Congolese law with an international focus. It is a network of activists working for sustainable development in the DRC. Its main mission is to assist and advise public and private bodies working in forest areas on sustainable forest management and the fight against the illegal exploitation of forest resources, sustainable development and poverty reduction.
ASSADEV International thus facilitates access to forest certification and sustainable management of forests on the one hand, and supports the efforts of the DRC government in the fight against illegal exploitation of forest resources on the other.
