Our key areas of interest focuses on how dependent we are on forests/timber for so much of our daily activities/needs from construction to sport, music, medicine and fresh water.
We highlight the importance of forests/timber to Irish society and the need to ensure all our timber/wood product needs com from independently-certified forests. We engage with the formal and non-formal education sectors in Ireland, through development education (DE) and education for sustainable development (ESD) projects.
